Manager People, Strategy and Development


The Aboriginal Housing Office is currently seeking to appoint a Manager People, Strategy and Development to lead the development and implementation of the AHO’s organisational structure, systems, skills, and culture to support strategy and achieve business outcomes.


The role

Develop and lead the AHOs people, organisation culture, engagement strategies, workforce plan including recruitment, talent development and succession planning and the enabling organisation programs.

Manage the delivery of all aspects of change affecting AHO people including stakeholder and impact assessment, engagement, communication, training, support, and business readiness to embed the required business change.

Lead the development of a high-performance organisation culture and the annual performance development process.

Design and establish frameworks and reporting process to monitor business metrics, strategic reporting, and organisational risk management.

Manage the organisations participation in DPIE strategic programs such as business continuity planning, risk, audit, and other strategic reporting.

Salary ranges from $134,411 to $155,445 + super

Senior Policy Officer (Identified)

 

The Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO) is seeking to appoint a Senior Policy Officer to coordinate and undertake the development and implementation of a range of policy initiatives and projects working alongside the Aboriginal Community Housing Providers (ACHPs) to strengthen the sector and deliver better outcomes for the Aboriginal community.

The Aboriginal Housing Office is seeking an experienced Quality and Safety Officer to perform audits service contract outcomes, performance and compliance on behalf of internal and external clients to ensure contractual compliance and support the business unit in the delivery of core client services.

The Aboriginal Housing Office is seeking an experienced Senior Project Officer - Quality and Safety to lead in managing best practices work health & safety - and implement recommendations from the work health & safety review so the AHO are compliant under the WHS act and also to ensure the AHO meets its standards and obligations for asset quality assurance, contractual compliance and construction site safety standards.
